Kasaa Land Corp is a young and dynamic real estate developer, ushering in a new era of urban living in Tricity. With origins tracing back to dairy and poultry enterprises in Ferozepur, the founders expanded their entrepreneurial spirit in Chandigarh in the mid-1980s by strategically acquiring high-value land parcels, laying the groundwork for their real estate vision.
At the heart of Kasaa Group lies a philosophy that is deceptively simple: to create spaces where comfort and convenience meet elegance and practicality. This ethos is not just an aesthetic choice, but a lived understanding of how people aspire to experience their environments.
With two residential developments already underway, the company now sets its sights on its third, and most ambitious, project: Tricity’s largest high-rise, sports-inspired community in Zirakpur.

Curious, driven, and hard-working, Mr Kanav Khanna brings a global perspective and a passion for learning to everything he undertakes. A sports enthusiast and avid reader, he balances his professional vision with personal exploration and travel. Educated at Vivek High School, Chandigarh, and NIFTEM, he complements this curiosity with formal expertise. In 2021, he independently launched Kasaa Feed pan-India, with operations commencing in May 2023. As the entrepreneurial force behind Kasaa Land Corp, the group’s new project stands as a testament to both his entrepreneurial spirit and his transformative approach to urban lifestyles in Tricity.
